Congrats to Sis

Hi Ya’ll – How’s it going then me old chums?

What have I got to tell you then ……. we have been away quite a bit in the motorhome, been to Malvern and then down to Hertfordshire to see Maureen’s family. My kennel name is Devonivy First and Last at Zusaca – now, the clue is in the name “DEVON IVY” – I be an old Devon Boy, when we got up there, to be honest, I couldn’t understand a word they were on about ….. gawd bless ya me ‘ol pearly king and queen ….. Chim Chimeney, put a penny in the ‘ol man’s hat gawd blimey – feed the birds twopence a bag …… jellied eels, pie and mash wiv liquor ------ luvley jublee ……. for all I know, they may as well be speaking Urdu …. well in all fairness, there were more speaking Urdu up there than CockERney !!

When we were up in Malvern, we went to a Championship Dog Show and Rhea qualified for Crufts – go girl, well done for following in my footsteps.

She doesn’t look a bit smug about it all does she ?

 

We stopped on a campsite up there and opposite, there was a bloke and woman in a caravan and for some reason, obviously only known to him, was sat there with a cycle helmet on, specialist cycling trousers, rayban sunglasses to improve and clarify visibility when travelling at high speed, and designer cycling jacket which was specially ergonomically designed to reduce drag from the wind and so, make it easier to race fellow racers ……… why is that all so unusual ………. he hadn’t got a bike !!!!

I bet he is saying to her – “Look you daft cow that is what you were supposed to order from the Littlewoods catalogue” !!

Now we also went up to Somerset and went to see some of Chris & Maureen’s friends who they met on holiday in South Africa …. lovely people called Rob and Debbie – Debbie is smart and charming with a great and happy attitude to life, and Rob – Well he is just a stunning dresser with a real eye for fashion ……. in fact, somewhat of a fashion Guru – Have a look at the picture and you will see what I mean …….. That is him with the trend setting hat on backwards with the red peak ……

Talking of dress sense, and going back to the shows etc. people think it is a load of people doing it because there is nothing worth watching on the telly – how wrong you are ……. look how smart this dood  looks, and is he not perfectly matched to a Yorkshire terrier ….. you just can’t see him running around the ring with a Bull Mastiff can ya ? – or there again, he might have a Bull Mastiff and just holding the yorkie for somebody  …….. I bet they said can you hold this a minute ….. and then did a runner and never came back !!

Not too much else to report really except a weird thing happened this morning ….. At 5am, the smoke alarm went off in the hall which is where I sleep …… now I was laid right under the smoke alarm and in my dreamy state, I think, although I am not 100% sure, I accidently let one go …. I farted and the smoke alarm went off!! -  Do you that is possible or just a coincidence? I must admit, I can generate some corkers, but usually, if I can, wait until Chris is sitting by the old back end before I let one off …….. it is so funny to see him gagging and his eyes watering !!!

Just one last thing, a bloke who owned a garage in Mexico got so hacked off with being burgled, he gave his dog an haircut – poor old thing, lost all his street cred and has been dumped by his girlfriend – why didn’t the bloke just get a lion if that’s what he wanted?
