Granny & Grandad's then I am off to a party

I didn't think today was going to be much cop really, I thought Chris was just going to carry on building The Great Wall of China .... He did okay really as he took me out into the front garden to watch a craftsman at work - NOT .... bet it blows down with the first stiff breeze we have. It was a bit quieter, with not so much swearing, until he ran out of wood with only another three boards to put up and now he's got to buy another pack of ten!

I got chucked in the car even though I was quite happy to have a kip in the kitchen - but no, I've got to go as well - what ever happened to democracy - "Cody come on we are going to B&Q" .... on the way back from there, we went a different way, we went on a road I have never seen before - we are going to Granny & Grandad's house - whoever or whatever they are ....



Turns out, they are alright, they made a real fuss of me and I had a really good snoop around the house .........

I sat on their laps and noticed Gran had missed a bit when she washed behind her ears ... fear not, Cody will get it ....



We went home and I thought it was time to get my head down for a while ... I had just dozed off when they threw me in the car again and they told me I am off to a Party - a Puppy Party .... paper hats, jelly ice cream the lot - WRONG - we pulled up outside the Vets - Not my idea of a party!!

Anyway, there was only two other people there and another dog called Louis - I thought this 'aint going to be much fun as he looks half asleep - must admit though he is a handsome little chap .... after a while, they put us both on the floor - WOW did Louis come alive ....... we had a brilliant time beating each other up and running riot ... great fun, me and Louis got on so well together



We went at it hard for nearly an hour - we got on so well together, I hope I meet Louis again ...... I think I will, as they said something about Dog Training in the future and I think we are both going to go.

Chris took loads of pictures but because we were flying around like a pair of lunatics, most of them were blurred - he is about as good at taking pictures as he is building fences!
